Fitness Class Timetable
Join us at CT Fitness & Sports Therapy for a fun and friendly weekly fitness class! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, our classes cater to all levels of fitness. With a maximum of 12 people per class, you'll receive personalized attention and support to help you reach your fitness goals. Come sweat it out with us and let's have a blast getting fit together!
All classes take place at "Balance Gym, Rookery farm, Binegar."

Tuesday - Boot Camp (6.00-6.45) (This program strings together circuits of intense exercises, which you do for about 30 to 60 seconds each, pausing for only a few seconds between exercises. The idea is to build strength and endurance).
Wednesday - Pump (6.15-7.00) (A great all over weights workout to music, using barbels.)
Saturday - Pump (7.00-8.00)
